At Monster Blowout, we strongly believe the success of our store is based on our extensive store owner selection process, our continuous training and our on-going support programs.

In choosing a new store owner, preference will be given to applicants who:

		appreciate the benefits of working on a team and within a proven operating system
		demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
		are familiar with, and involved in the community where the store is located
		actively work in and manage the store
		have the funds to invest in the store, as well as the financial ability to survive the first year, while drawing only a nominal salary
