Our Monster Blowout stores bring huge crowds to shopping centers just before the Christmas Season begins. It is a great way to increase traffic for existing tenants. Monster operates out of high profile temporary locations, in major markets, throughout Canada and the United States.
Being a Monster store owner will ensure that you have all the support required to locate and select the best possible location for your new store. The Monster team has years of experience with lease negotiations and site selection.
Leasing Requirements:
What: Temporary leases for 2 months for any Monster Blowout locations.
When: Site selection January thru August. Leases finalized through end of August. Monster Stores open on/or about September 1 and remain open through the first week of November. The ideal lease time is mid August through mid November.
Where: Monster Stores are in power centers, strip centers, stand-alone stores and in major downtown retail center locations as well as major malls.
Criteria: Monster Stores are situated in communities with a minimum population of approximately 25,000 in a 3-5 mile radius
Traffic Count: Monster looks for locations that have good street visibility with a car count of at least 25,000 cars per day. (landloards typically have this information available)
Size: Monster can merchandise stores to fill any space, but our ideal locations are between 3,000 and 10,000 sq ft on the sales floor in strip centers and 3,000+ in malls. No space is too large. Keep in mind if you find a fantastic deal on a larger space, the Monster team can help with your layout.
