Jeremy and Keira (right)enjoying the Halloween Season! (Keira is expecting on October 31st)

Wow!! What an exciting ride for Jeremy and Keira! Being in the hospitality business for most of his career, at the age of 30, Jeremy thought that it was time to start building something for himself and his family. In 2008 he inquired about purchasing a Cody Party Franchise and after doing some research he decided to purchase an existing corporate store with a proven track record. Before making the decision final he took the month of December off from his full time Banquet Manager job and worked in a Cody Store for the Christmas season. He was admittedly overwhelmed by how busy it was but he knew that the Party business was for him and he was hooked! Jeremy was amazed by the CEO (By Cody Management Software) and how much it helped in running the day to day business. He said "with all of the moving pieces in the business, I don't know how it could be run without the CEO." He was awarded his Cody Party franchise on Janruary 1st, 2009. He didn't waste any time getting started! Jeremy spent the better part of his days learning how to run the warehouse, and took to the road to become aware of what drivers experience. Enjoying his sucess, by mid summer, Jeremy took on a Luscious Linen frachise (a By Cody Company) to add to the mix and continues to build that part of the business.
For the Halloween Season, Jeremy and Kiera took on a Monster Blowout store and opened a 7000 sq ft location. After committing to a store, Kiera found out that she was expecting on Octobter 31st. Operating an existing business and with a baby on the way, they decided to hire a Manager to run the Monster Store. The experience exceeded their expections and they had a feature article written about them on the front page of the Business section of The Ottawa Citizen. With the profits from the Halloween store and a brand new baby (Oliver), Jeremy and Kiera are planing to add a second Cody Party franchise store in early 2010. Kiera is a big part of the business and doesn't plan to miss a beat! Little Oliver will be in charge of re-merchandising within a year! The plan for 2010 is to open 4 Monster stores!
